How to set up Pop-up hidden time?

Step 1: Access the Pop-up hidden time setting

In the app's navigation, choose Settings and you will see Pop-up hidden time panel.

Step 2: Set up Pop-up hidden time

In the "Popup Hidden Time" panel, you’ll find two options to control when the popup reappears based on user actions.

After clicking 'Close' button

Set the duration (in minutes and seconds) after a customer clicks the "Close" button on a popup. For example, if you enter 10 minutes, the popup will remain hidden for 10 minutes before reappearing.

Set this value to at least 1 minute to prevent excessive popup appearances that may frustrate users.

After Clicking ‘Continue Shopping’ Button

Set the duration after a customer clicks the "Continue Shopping" button. For instance, a setting of 5 minutes means the popup will not appear again for the next 5 minutes.

Final step: Save Your Settings

Review your configured timings to ensure they meet your goals for customer engagement.

Click Save to apply the settings.
