Gift with Collection Value campaign allows customers to receive a free gift when their purchases from a specific collection meet a minimum spend threshold.
In the homepage of your app, choose Create campaign > Gift with Collection Value from the list of campaign types to start create one.
Now, you are able to create a name for your campaign to help you identify it easily later on. Note that your customers will not see this name in the storefront.
Select collection(s)
In order to create a campaign, you have to decide on what collection(s) to activate. Click Browse to choose the collection(s) applied in this campaign. This could be a specific collection, such as “Best Sellers” or “New Arrivals”

This campaign is ideal for limited-time promotions like seasonal and thematic collections when you want to maximize sales over a short period.
Minimum collection value
Enter a minimum collection value that customers’ cart from these collections have to meet if they want to receive the gift.
Select gift(s)
Choose the gift that you want to reward your customers for reaching the threshold of collection purchase. The gift could be a product in your store, such as a hat or a shirt.
Do:
If you’ve introduced new products within a collection, adding a gift of that collection can encourage customers to try the new items.
Discount type
Decide on which type of discount you want to apply for the gift. There are three options that you can take into consideration:
Free: Free of charge gift.
Percentage: A certain percentage off the gift price.
Fixed Amount: A specific amount off the gift price.

You can totally let your customers combine this discount with other different types to let them have the best deal based on their cart. Other discounts you can choose to combine are

Gift selection method
Choose the gift selection method that your customers might experience. We offer 2 types of method:
Your customers manually select the gift they want from a pop-up after they reach the minimum card value.
Content
Customize the widget pop-up title to captivate your customers’ attention.
Add a clear and enticing description of the gift to encourage your customers to claim it right away.
If you want your promotion to run for a specific period of time, you can totally set the start and end date/ time. Notice that timezone is based on (GNT - 5:00) America/ New York.
Start date
Add the start date and time when your promotion will begin.
End date (Optional)
Add the end date and time when your promotion will stop.
Do:
Limit the duration of the promotion to avoid promotion fatigue.
Don't:
Prolonged sales can diminish the sense of urgency and may cause customers to delay purchases, waiting for future promotions.
Gift limit
You can limit the maximum number of gifts that your customers can add from the pop-up by adding the number into the box.
Do:
Let your customers choose the gift they want can create a sense of decision making and personalization. This increases customer engagement, making them feel more involved in the shopping process and more satisfied with the final decision.
