Volume Discount allows you to set up discounts that lower the price of the items bought when your customers increase quantities they purchase. It encourages larger purchases and gives your customers a reason to add more items to their cart while maximizing your revenue.
In the dashboard of your app, choose Create campaign > Volume Discount from the list of campaign types to start create one.
In General section, give your campaign a name. This name is only used for internal viewing and won't be visible to customers. For example, you might call it "Volume Discount #1"
Trigger Condition
Select whether you want to apply the discount to:
Specific product: Choose this if the discount applies only to one or more specific products.
Specific collection: Choose this if the discount applies to a certain collection in your store.
Click Browse and select the applicable product(s) or collection(s).
In the Campaign offer section, you can set your discount tiers with specific product quantity and according discounts.
Discount type
Choose the type of discount applied for all tiers. It can be Percentage or Fixed amount off.
For each tier, decide the product quantity and discount value accordingly.
You can add more tier as needed by clicking +Add tier
To highlight a default tier (e.g., Tier 2 in the screenshot), click on Actions next to the tier and select the Default Option. This will display the most popular discount tier to customers with a highlight.
Discount combinations
You can totally let your customers combine this discount with other different types to let them have the best deal based on their cart. Other discounts you can choose to combine are:
Product discounts
Shipping discounts
Order discounts
In the Volume Widget section, you can customize the display text that your customers will see on your store. Make sure to Enable Widget embed in your theme first.
Set the Title (e.g., "Get More, Save More") to create a compelling call-to-action.
Write a short Description that explains the benefit of the discount (e.g., "Unlock greater savings as you purchase more items").
Preview how the widget will appear to customers on the right side of the screen.
If you want your promotion to run for a specific period of time, you can totally set the start and end date/ time. Notice that timezone is based on (GNT - 5:00) America/ New York.
Start date
Add the start date and time when your promotion will begin.
End date (Optional)
Add the end date and time when your promotion will stop.

After configuring all settings, review your campaign settings to ensure everything is correct.
Once satisfied, click Save at the bottom of the page to launch your Volume Discount campaign.
