How to configure your first Gift With Quantity Purchase campaign

Creating a Gift With Quantity Purchase campaign is an excellent way to reward customers for purchasing a specific number of items. Follow these steps to set up your campaign effectively.

Step 1: Choose the Campaign on the Campaign Type Page

Navigate to the Campaign Type page within the app and select the Gift With Quantity Purchase campaign type.

Step 2: Set Up the Campaign Name

Provide a clear and descriptive name for your campaign to make it easy to manage and identify later.

Step 3: Set Up the Campaign Trigger

  1. Input Trigger Quantity: Specify the number of items a customer needs to purchase to trigger the promotion.

  2. Select Trigger Condition: Choose whether the trigger applies to:

    • All Products: The campaign applies to any products in the store.

    • Specific Collection: The campaign applies only to products within a specific collection.

Choose Grab Gift Behavior

Decide how customers will receive their gifts. You have two options:

  • Automatically: The gift will be automatically added to the customer’s cart.

  • Manually: Customers will see a popup prompting them to claim their gift.

If You Choose Automatically

  • Enable or disable the feature that shows a congrats bar notification.

  • Customize the text on the congrats bar to inform customers that their gift has been added to their cart.

If You Choose Manually

  • Update the popup title to grab the customer's attention.

  • Provide a clear and enticing description of the gift to encourage customers to claim it.

Step 4: Set Up the Campaign Gift

Choose the Gift

Select the gift you want to offer in this campaign. This could be a product from your store, such as a hat or a shirt.

Change the Quantity

Specify the quantity of the gift that customers will receive. For instance, you might offer two free hats and one free shirt when the collection value reaches $150.

Choose the Discount

Decide on the type of discount you want to apply to the gift:

  • Free: The gift is free of charge.

  • Percentage: A certain percentage off the gift price.

  • Fixed Amount: A specific amount off the gift price.

Step 5: Schedule the Campaign (Optional)

  1. Schedule Dates: Set the start date and time, as well as the end date and time, for the campaign if you want it to run during a specific period.

Finalizing the Setup

After completing these steps, review your campaign settings to ensure everything is correct. Save your campaign, and it will be ready to activate on your storefront, providing your customers with an exciting incentive to purchase more items and enjoy the rewards.
