How to configure your first Gift With Collection Value campaign

Setting up a Gift With Collection campaign can be a great way to encourage your customers to explore specific collections and reward them for their purchases. Follow these steps to create an effective campaign on your Shopify store.

Step 1: Choose the Campaign Type

Start by navigating to the Campaign Type page in the app. Here, you will select Gift With Cart Value from the list of campaign types.

Step 2: Set Up the Campaign Name

Step 3: Set Up the Campaign Trigger

Choose the Collection Trigger

When you choose multiple collections, the AND logic applies, meaning the campaign will trigger when the combined cart value of items from the selected collections meets or exceeds the specified minimum collection value.

Choose Grab Gift Behavior

Decide how customers will receive their gifts. You have two options:

• Automatically: The gift will be automatically added to the customer’s cart.

If You Choose Automatically

• Enable or disable the feature that shows a congrats bar notification.

• Customize the text on the congrats bar to inform customers that their gift has been added to their cart.

If You Choose Manually

Step 4: Set Up the Campaign Gift

Choose the Gift

Select the gift you want to offer in this campaign. This could be a product from your store, such as a hat or a shirt.

Change the Quantity

Specify the quantity of the gift that customers will receive. For instance, you might offer two free hats and one free shirt when the collection value reaches $150.

Choose the Discount

Decide on the type of discount you want to apply to the gift:

• Free: The gift is free of charge.

• Percentage: A certain percentage off the gift price.

• Fixed Amount: A specific amount off the gift price.

Discount Combination

Choose whether the discount can be combined with other discounts available on your Shopify store:

• Product Discount

• Order Discount

Step 5: Schedule (Optional)

If you want the campaign to run for a specific period, you can schedule the start and end dates/times.

• Set the Start Date/Time when the campaign will begin.
