In this guide, you'll learn what the Mix-match bundle is, why it's a powerful tool for your store, and how to set it up effortlessly.

What is Mix match bundle?

Mix match bundle feature allows you to create flexible bundles where customers can select from a variety of products to create their perfect combination. It is recommended for stores with over 100 variants and up to three options. For example, you can offer a bundle where shoppers choose one chair, one table, and one lamp from a range of options to save on their total purchase.

By allowing customers to buy multiple products in a single transaction, you are encouraging them to make larger purchase, even including additional items they might not have thought to buy. Thereby, it can significantly increase your store AOV.

How to set up

Step 1: Navigate to the Mix match Bundle Feature

Navigate Offers in the menu > Create new offer > Choose Mix match bundle and click create to start set up your first offer.

Step 2: Configure Offer information

Offer title

Enter a compelling offer title in the field. This title will be displayed to your customers on the storefront as the name of the bundle.

Step 3: Set up Bundle option

A bundle option represents a group of products from which customers can select item. For each option added, customers are allowed to choose a single value (or product) corresponding to the quantity you’ve set.

For each Bundle option card, you can set uup:

Option name

  • Enter a clear label in “Option name”.

  • This label appears in the right-hand Product page preview (e.g., Option 1, Option 2).

Select eligible products

  • Click “Select product”.

  • Pick the products customers may choose for this option.

  • After you click Select product and choose items, each product appears in the option card with controls:

    • Quantity box (right side): Type a number directly in the field to set how many units of that product a shopper will add when they pick it for this option.

    • Edit variants (link under the product name): Click Edit variants to choose which variants of that product are eligible for this option (e.g., size, color). The text under the name updates (for example, “1 of 3 variants selected”).

    • Remove (✕ icon): Click the to remove a product from this option’s list.

    • Product count chip (next to Select product): Updates automatically to show how many products are currently eligible (e.g., “3 item(s) selected”).

Duplicate or delete an option

  • Click “Duplicate” to clone the option (keeps the name and product set; you can edit both).

  • Click “Delete” to remove that option.

Check the Product page preview on the right at any time. Use the Desktop toggle there to review layout.

Repeat for many options by clicking the button Add button option.

Step 4: Customize Widget Content

Title

Headline above the options (e.g., Design your own ideal pack!).

Description

Short helper text (e.g., Grab what catches your eye, and we’ll sweeten the deal just for you!).

‘Total products

Caption shown before the counted number of items.

‘Save {{discount_value}}’ badge

Text used for the savings badge; keep {{discount_value}} to display the live discount.

Translations

  • Click “Translation” → pick a language → enter the translated Title, Description, and labels → Add.

  • Keep variables like {{discount_value}} intact so the numbers remain dynamic.

Style (optional)

  • Click “Edit widget” to open the visual editor and adjust theme colors and label styles (same pattern as other features).

  • Preview changes on the right; then Save inside the editor.

Step 5: Schedule (when this offer runs)

Set Start date (calendar picker) and time.

To end the promotion, tick “Set end date” and choose an end date/time.

Times use your store timezone (shown above the fields).

Step 6: Final review & save

Scan the Summary in the right panel (if visible) and the Product page preview to ensure option names and selections look correct.

Confirm each Bundle option shows “X item(s) selected” (no red warnings).

Click Save (top of the page).
