Who is this limit applied for?
The Revenue Limit is applied for Free Plan users of the app
Understand your Free Plan limit
If you're using our free plan, please be aware of the following limitations:
Monthly revenue (generated by app) limit: $1,000 per month for user installing before Oct 27th Monthly revenue (generated by app) limit: $500 per month for user installing after Oct 27th
Active campaigns: 2 campaigns maximum
When You Reach Your Limit
All your campaigns will automatically change to "Expired" status
An "Over limit" badge will appear next to affected campaigns
The system would send an email notification to remind you of overquota
At the beginning of your next billing cycle:
Your usage counter will reset to 0
Your campaigns will remain in "Expired" status until you manually reactivate them
The "Over limit" banners will be removed
If you upgrade to a paid plan:
The "Over limit" badges will be removed
The limit banner will disappear
You'll see a reminder to enable any campaigns that were expired due to the limit
Monitoring Usage
You can monitor your usage in several places within the app:
Dashboard and Pricing tab
Shows your current revenue usage ($X/$1,000)
Displays a progress bar with color coding:
Blue: Less than 80% of limit used
Yellow: Between 80-95% of limit used
Red: Over 95% of limit used
Shows the next reset date following 30-day cycle from install date
Provides a tooltip explaining your plan limits


Campaign List:
Shows "Over limit" badges on affected campaigns

Tips for managing your quota

Can I still access my campaigns after hitting the limit?
Yes, but you cannot enable or run them until:
The new month starts (when your quota resets)
Or you upgrade to a paid plan.
If I delete and recreate a campaign, will it work again?
No. The revenue limit is applied account-wide, not per campaign. Even newly created campaigns will be marked “Expired” if you’ve already hit the limit.
When does the quota reset?
The quota automatically resets at the start of your next billing 30-day cycle, based on your install date. A progress bar in your Dashboard shows your usage and reset date.
Where can I track how much revenue I’ve used?
In your app Dashboard and Pricing tab, you’ll see:
Current revenue used out of $1000
A progress bar with visual indicators:
Blue: <80%
Yellow: 80–95%
Red: ≥95%
What if I upgrade to a paid plan after hitting the limit?
Once upgraded:
The "Over limit" badge will be removed
You’ll be able to manage campaigns again
You still need to manually re-enable any expired campaigns
What happens if I downgrade back to Free?
The original reset date from your installation date will still be used. The free limit will reapply, and any campaigns beyond the quota will go back to "Over limit" status.
How can I remove the limit and keep my campaigns active?
Click “Upgrade to Unlock” from any warning banner or the Pricing tab. You’ll be redirected to choose a paid plan with no campaign revenue limits.
This update is designed to support you as your business grows. Whether you're testing the app or running your first gift campaign, you’ll still have plenty of room to see results under the Free Plan. When you’re ready to scale, upgrading unlocks the full potential of AOV Free Gift—so your most successful campaigns keep delivering results without interruption.
