Order table
Each row is an original order. Expand a row to see the upsell offers that applied to it. The table columns are:

|---|---|
| Original order | The Shopify order name and date placed |
| Upsell status | Status of upsell offer visibility and customer actions |
| Explanation | Explains how the upsell status was determined |
| Order value | The value of the original order |
| Upsold value | The additional value generated by upsell offers |
| Tracking details | Open the full journey of the upsell, from trigger to outcome |
Upsell statuses
Each offer on an order shows one of these statuses:
- Shown - Accepted — the offer was shown and the customer accepted it
- Shown - Ignored — the offer was shown but the customer left without acting
- Shown - Declined — the offer was shown and the customer declined it
- Not shown — the offer did not appear for this order
Click the eye icon in the Tracking details column to view a full breakdown of why an order was successfully upselled or why the upsell did not apply.
