# Analytics

Track the performance of your upsell offers with detailed analytics and reporting.

## Dashboard overview

The Analytics page provides a comprehensive view of your upsell performance:

* **Line chart** — Performance trends over time (daily/weekly/monthly)
* **Donut chart** — Revenue distribution by offer type (Post-purchase, Thank you page, Order status page)
* **Bar chart** — Individual offer performance comparison

## Key metrics

| Metric              | Description                                               |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Impressions**     | Total number of times your offers were shown to customers |
| **Orders**          | Number of upsell orders created (accepted offers)         |
| **Revenue**         | Total revenue generated from accepted upsell offers       |
| **Conversion rate** | Percentage of impressions that resulted in an order       |

## Filtering

* Filter by **date range** to analyze specific time periods
* Filter by **offer type** to compare performance across Post-purchase, Thank you page, and Order status page upsells
* View individual offer performance to identify your best-performing offers

## Per-offer analytics

Each offer has its own analytics showing:

* Impressions, orders, and revenue over time
* Conversion rate
* A/B test results (if A/B testing is enabled)

You can **reset analytics** for individual offers if needed (e.g., after making significant changes to an offer).

## Tips for improving performance

* **Low impressions?** Check your trigger conditions — they may be too restrictive
* **Low conversion?** Try A/B testing different discount values, headlines, or templates
* **High impressions but low revenue?** Consider increasing your discount or improving your product selection
* Use the **Offer Auditor** to get AI-powered recommendations for optimization
